- Flex time to work whatever hours are necessary to get the work done. Since I’m on call 24/7 those hours can be very odd.
- Work remotely several days a week.
- Work remotely when I’m out of the country to visit my family (as I said, I’m on call 24/7).
- Twenty-eight days of personal time off plus an additional five days every five years.
- Most training paid for including travel and accommodations.
- $2,500 / year for education reimbursement.

Unless you are able to match or improve on the above, plus a generous salary, it is unlikely your position is a match for me.
I love the work I do, which is why I do it 14-20 hours every day (and don’t burn out). I love designing, developing, creating, and working with new technologies to achieve things that shouldn’t be possible.
